I have used Pho Construction for 5+ years now, using them for at least 3 or 4 projects. They did the interior remodel of our daughter's condo - start to finish in 4 weeks and the results were gorgeous! Recently, they did our kitchen update including adding a new kitchen island. They turned all of our wishes into reality, our kitchen is light and bright and modern. The new kitchen island pulled everything together and they even helped me customize the cabinets so we had two built-in dog crates - one on each end. Their work is impeccable; their prices are more than fair; and they get the work done fast. I would use Bic and Ban for ANY home improvement project I have. Here's a special shout out for the entire crew (Ban, Bic, Kenny, Mai, Oscar and Jose) for making our dream home a reality. We have had an amazing experience from Day 1. Like any other homeowners, we got a few bids and chose Pho Construction because of their prompt responses to queries, their ability to deliver a detailed quote, awesome Yelp reviews and reasonable rates. And once they started work on our home, we were pleasantly surprised by how detailed oriented they were and how they held high to their standards. It is every homeowner's dream to have a contractor who prioritizes the quality of his work and deliverables, and we are grateful to Pho construction for that. The scope of our remodeling job was relatively huge, which included a total kitchen and bathroom remodel, breaking down a wall to create an open-floorplan, popcorn ceiling removal, flooring installation, painting, moldings, fireplace refacing and other miscellaneous tasks. We are very very happy with the end results. While the end result is ultimately the most important part of the job, I would like to highlight that the experience working with this crew throughout the job was very pleasant. It was relatively stress-free for us because they make good judgement and constantly checked with us on our preferences. Communication is key and they are very quick at resolving any issues or surprises that came up. We learned so much from them and developed a friendship we are thankful for. I am very satisfied with the work this group of gentlemen has done remodeling an older unit that was run down by a previous tenant and turning it into an up and running fitness/yoga studio in Cupertino. We were having many issues finding the right contractor to start the job. Many of them were all talk less walk. Bic, the project manager of the company came in and gave us an estimate on the work to be done that was very fair. He helped us with a lot of different options in terms of what we wanted installed (mirrors, gym floor type, gym floor color, etc.). Even though we had many change orders, he was very patient with the process throughout. You could tell from the impression he made that he truly wanted us to be happy with what was to be completed rather than many of the other contractors who were obviously driven more so by unreasonable profit. Some of these contractors were ridiculous, therefore I parted ways with them immediately.
